When an order ships we email a tracking link. The subject line stays neutral — no product names.

If an order has not moved when you expected it to, send us the order number and we will chase it.

What the statuses mean

Confirmed: Payment went through and the order is queued for picking.
Processing: Being picked and packed at the warehouse.
Shipped: Handed to the carrier. Your tracking number becomes live.
Delivered: Marked delivered by the carrier.

Carrier scans can lag by a few hours, so a tracking number sometimes shows nothing straight after it appears. Delivery estimates and shipping options are shown at checkout for your destination.
